My practice is based in Brighton, Hove and Lewes and I am available for sessions daytime and evening for individuals and couples.

Our initial meeting will give you the chance to discuss your needs and expectations of psychotherapy, providing an opportunity for us to get a sense of how we might work together.

About me
I am an experienced mindfulness based psychotherapist offering brief therapy and counselling or longer term depth work. Having trained at the Karuna Institute, I have an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy, a contemplative practice drawing on Buddhist principles and western psychology theory.
